Two-Person Form (San-Shou)

Prerequisite: Completion of Pushing-Hands.

This unique form will improve your solo form and help you continue to develop the sensitivity acquired in pushing-hands. Contained within the san-shou are:

  • Solo form applications
  • Pushing-hands
  • Ta-lu
  • Yang-family sparring techniques

It takes approximately one year to learn one side of the
san-shou.

This 178 posture T’ai-Chi San-Shou Form was choreographed by Master T.T. Liang after studying with fifteen different masters ,and after twenty years of practice and research.
